| Chairman LAHDC, Leh urges people to follow the advice of Central Government and UT Administration regarding COVID-19 prevention measures | |
Leh,March 20 (Scoop News)- The Chairman LAHDC, Leh Gyal P Wangyal today called on LG Ladakh R.K Mathur in the wake of recent measures taken by UT Administration in Leh District for containing the pandemic of COVID-19. Both discussed bout the present situation in the District and required measures needed to be taken in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, the Chairman Gyal Wangyal in a message to the public of Leh District urged upon all to resolve to follow the advice of Central Government and UT Administration regarding COVID-19 prevention measures. Chairman also requested the public to observe Janata Curfew, as desired by Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi on Sunday from 7 AM to 9 PM and applaud those frontline individuals (Medical Services, Police, Essential Service, Media etc) involved in fight against COVID-19.
