| CEC ’s war footing against the Coronavirus | |
Leh, March 23 (Scoop News)-The Chairman/ Chief Executive Counicllor LAHDC Leh Gyal P. Wangyal today in a letter to District Magistrate/ Chairman District Disaster Management Authority, Leh highly appreciated the exceptional measures being under taken by District Administration LAHDC, Leh and other essential service departments of LAHDC, Leh on war footing basis for containing the COVID-19 pandemic in the district.
CEC assured the Chairman District Magistrate/District Disaster Management Authority, Leh that LAHDC Leh shall extend all possible assistance including funds from Council fund in containing the COVID-19 pandemic in Leh District and necessary measures being taken by District Administration for containing the spread of COVID-19 in Leh District.
Chairman also appreciated the enthusiasm shown by the people of Leh District in yesterdays Janata Curfew and making it a grand success. He thanked each and every one involved and also paid his heartfelt gratitude to all the essential service employees involved in containing the COVID-19 pandemic in Leh District.
