| Chairman DDMA/Dist Magistrate Leh orders ‘extension reg relaxations amid lockdown’ | |
Leh, May 31 (Scoop News)- Chairman District Disaster Management/ District Magistrate Leh Sachin Kumar Vaishya issues an order regarding extension regarding relaxations amid lockdown.
The order reads that in continuation to the office order No. DCL/PS/COVID-19/00/2020-623 Dated18.05.2020 and in the exercise of the power conferred upon him under section 144 CrPC, National Disaster Management Act, 2005, Epidemic Act, Essential Commodities Act, the DM hereby order for ‘Continuation of the said order till 7th June 2020’.
However, restriction on the Non-essential Services shall remain in force from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, further reads the order.
