| BJP holds meet of party Departments, Projects | |
Jammu, June 29 (Scoop News)-J&K BJP led by its President Ravinder Raina chaired meeting of its departments and projects at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Former Minister Priya Sethi convened the meeting which was attended by Convenors and Co-Convenors of the Departments and Projects.
Ravinder Raina, while addressing the meeting, said that the BJP has constituted various Departments and Projects with a particular vision to strengthen the organizational activities at the core level. He said that these units have a big onus of responsibilities on their shoulder as they have to maintain the best working of their departments with the involvement of the ground level activists as well to involve the general masses into their working. He asked the Convenors and the co-Convenors to set up an example with their dedicated working. He also said that the party senior leader Priya Sethi with her experience will coordinate and guide them throughout their working.
Priya Sethi, asked the Department and Project representatives to have the first hand knowledge of their working. She said that the departments and projects like “Ladli Beti”, “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” etc. need involvement of women centric approach for their success on the ground level and a such need dedicated participation of the party’s women activists.
Kunti Jasrotia, Veena Gupta, Gurmeet Randhawa, Rekha Manhas, Parven Arora, Rekha Sharma, Sarojini Sharma, Pooja Gupta, Roshni Sambyal and others participated in the meeting.
