| Ahmadiyya Muslim on Eid-ul-Adha prayed to get relief from Corona Virus | |
Gurdaspur (Punjab), August 01 (Scoop News)-Hajj is a practical example of the Muslim brotherhood and Islamic unity. This year's Eid-ul-Adha has brought a message of sympathy, especially to mankind. Eid prayer was offered at Ahmadiyya Muslim’s headquarter Qadian in compliance with national laws and precautionary measures. On this Occasion Muslims specially prayed to get relief from Corona Virus Pandemicsituation as soon as possible. Hajj is the fifth Pillar of Islam. For every strong Muslim it is obligatory to do Hajj Baitullah at least once in his life.
This Eid is also known as the Eid of Sacrifice. Muslims commemorate Eid al-Adha and perform the rites of Hajj in remembrance of the sacrifice of Hazrat Abraham (peace be upon him) and his wife Hajraasand son Hazrat Ishmaelas.The Qur'an tells us that the flesh and blood of the apparent sacrifice does not reach God Almighty. The intention of the sacrificer and the practical expression of his heartfelt passion for God's creation reach God Almighty. These Eid rituals, Hajj and animal sacrifices are not mere sacrifices, but draw attention to a larger purpose. And that purpose is to fulfill the rights toward of Allah Almighty and to fulfill the rights toward his creation. These are the two rights for which Allah Almighty commanded us to perform apparent sacrifices. Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa's ﷺlifetime was an example for the peak of this sacrifice as he sacrificed his life, wealth and all his abilities in compassion for the rightstowards Allah and mankind.On this auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, Muslims reaffirm their commitment that just as we have made outward sacrifices, likewise we must be ready to make all kinds of sacrifices for the rights toward God and for the rights toward God's creation.The lives of people across India have been extraordinarily affected by the outbreak of Corona. The present condition of the world, in particular, requires that man turn towards God Almighty and seek His help so that God may relieve usfrom these sufferings with his blessings. People prayed in mosques at the Ahmadiyya Muslim Headquarter Qadian, following a government-mandated number. The rest of the people have also offered Eid prayers at home. On this auspicious occasion of Eid, the message of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at India is that we should sacrifice our desires and consider it our duty to fulfillthe rights of otherwithout any distinction in religion or nationality, only then the aim of celebrating this Eid will be fulfilled in its true spirits.
