BFDC Welcomes New LG; Demands Shrine Board For Bawe Wali Mata Temple

Jammu, August 07 (Scoop News)-Bahu Fort Development Committee Trust (Regd.) General Secretary & Social Activist Raghav Mahajan welcomed the appointment of Manoj Sinha as new Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of J&K.
In a press statement, Raghav Mahajan said that the departing HE LG Murmu had taken oath as the first Lieutenant Governor, UT of J&K on October 31, 2019 after abrogation of article 370 & 35A and is working well but due to his administrative approach only, a gap was created between Public and Administration. He said public of J&K facing difficulties in representing their grievances. Raghav while welcoming the appointment of Manoj Sinha as new LG, showed confidence that he would reach out to the public due to his vast political career as he was elected to the Lok Sabha for the first time in 1996 and repeated the term in 1999, From 1989 to 1996, Sinha remained a member of the BJP national council. He was elected to the Lower House for a third term in national politics when the BJP swept the Lok Sabha elections in 2014. He was former Minister of State for Railways and later held an independent charge of the Ministry of Communication. He thanked the Union Government keeping in view the need of hour, appointment of politically experienced person will definitely be very much beneficial for J&K.
Raghav further appeals newly appointed HE Lieutenant Governor UT of J&K Manoj Sinha to kindly constitute shrine board for Bawe Wali Mata Temple Bahu Fort Jammu as the file is just pending before his office after dully commented by Divisional Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner & all concerned Departments. He added that the constitution of Board is also a long pending demand of public and moreover it will definitely bring overall development. He further appeals for the restoration of 4G internet which is snapped over a year ago and create lot of hardships for the citizens especially students in this time of Covid-19 pandemic.
