JKPCC senior leaders visits residence of Mohd Sharief Niaz at Bhallessa

Jammu, October 16 (Scoop News)- Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress committee Shri G A Mir, accompanied by team of senior party leaders including former minister and vice president JKPCC Shri Raman Bhalla, former MLA Shangus Gulzar Wani, veteran leader Ghulam Haider Sheikh, district president Doda Sheikh Mujib Ahmed and others visited the residence of former minister and senior Congress leader Shri Mohd Sharief Niaz at Bhallessa today to convey personal condolences to the bereaved family.

The senior congress leaders conveyed heartfelt condolences, on behalf of the entire rank and file of the party to the family of the veteran leader and described him a humble politician who was widely respected in the political and social circles of all parts of Jammu and Kashmir.

Shri Mir termed him a great leader of masses who served the people with great humility and dedication and was popular amongst all sections of the society. His death has created a void in the party and the society.

Shri Raman Bhalla conveyed deep sympathies to the family relatives and his followers all across the regions. He termed him a secular person who was respected by all sections of the society for his qualities of leadership. He was people's man who served the people of entire Jammu and Kashmir during his long public life. He was very popular amongst the people especially the party Cadres and would be remembered for public dealings.

The other senior leaders also paid rich tributes to him and termed his death a great loss to the entire population of Doda district in particular and people of Jammu and Kashmir.

The prominent leaders who accompanied the PCC team including Pyare Lal Shan, Urfi Majeed Wani, Javed Malik, Ashraf Malik, Waseem Raja, Naresh Manhas, Irshad Sheikh, Sarvaz Rangrez, Ferdosh Mangnoo, Shabir Ahmed, Ranjit Singh, Sayeed Khan and others.
