| My Town My Pride: DDC G'bl conducts extensive tour of the Town | |
Gandarbal, October 18 (Scoop News)- In view of “My Town My Pride” programme, District Development Commissioner (DDC) Ganderbal, Shafqat Iqbal today conducted an extensive tour of the Ganderbal town to have firsthand appraisal of ongoing developmental works.
During the tour he also assessed the further developmental works needed for the beautification of the town.
He visited several wards of the town besides Tawheed chowk, newly identified parking lots and bus Adda.
On the occasion the DDC also took appraisal of preparation put in place by the concerned for the successful organization of the program.
He directed the municipal committee on spot to gear up for the programme and impressed upon them for making town neat and clean. He also directed them to install the street lights wherever necessary in the town.
ADC Ganderbal, Farooq Ahmad Baba, President Municipal Council Ganderbal, CPO Ganderbal and EO Municipality, Ganderbal also accompanied the DDC during the visit.
