64 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh
80 patients cured and discharged

Leh (Ladakh), October 18(Scoop News)-As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of 64 person tested positive for COVID-19. Out of the total positive reports, 62 positive sample reports were received by CMO Leh and 02 positive sample reports were received by CMO Kargil.
The bulletin further details that, UT Ladakh has discharged 80 patients. Out of which 73 patients were discharged by CMO Leh and 07 patients were discharged by CMO Kargil.
With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has decreased to 917; 755 in Leh district and 162 in Kargil district.
Out of 62 positive sample reports received by CMO Leh, 10 positive sample reports were detected through Rapid Antigen Test and 52 positive sample reports were received from CovidLab. Chuchot.
While, Out of 02 positive sample report received by CMO Kargil, 01 positive sample report was detected through Rapid Antigen Test and 01 positive sample report was detected through True

The bulletin further informed that, 190 passengers including the drivers and helpers of 116 trucks, tankers and light motor vehicles were screened at Upshi Check Post yesterday.
Similarly, 254 passengers including the drivers and helpers of 161 trucks, tankers and light motorvehicles were also screened at Khaltsi Check Post.
177 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh today.
