70 new positive cases, one death report in UT Ladakh
83 patients cured and discharged

Leh, November 18 (Scoop News)- As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh on Tuesday, a total of 70 persons tested positive for COVID-19. Out of the total positive reports, 69 positive sample reports were received by CMO Leh and 01 positive sample report was received by CMO Kargil. With the death of one more patient from Covid-19 in Leh district, the total number of deaths in UT Ladakh has gone up to 94 with 54 in Leh and 40 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further details that 83 patients were discharged by UT Ladakh and all were discharged by CMO Leh. The total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone down to 930; 818 in Leh district and 112 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informed that 387 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 51 passengers including the drivers and helpers of 23 trucks, tankers, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi Check Post on Monday.
